At THE REAL, our mission is to help 10 million & 1 men with their mental health. Not because this is just a “guy’s thing” - but because when people get the support they need, families thrive, communities grow stronger, and everyone benefits.
While our focus is on men, THE REAL is powered by women - strong, committed, visionary women who believe that mental well-being is a human issue, not a gendered one.
What do THE REAL Allies do?
