Welcome to THE REAL. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of THE REAL website, mobile application, community features, events, membership services, and related offerings (collectively, the “Service”).

By creating an account, purchasing a membership, attending an event, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Subscription details, including price, billing period, and included benefits, will be shown before purchase.

If you purchase an auto-renewing subscription through Apple’s in-app purchase system, billing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are handled by Apple under your Apple ID account settings.

Auto-renewing subscriptions continue until canceled. You may cancel at any time through your Apple account subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless Apple’s policies provide otherwise.

THE REAL does not control Apple’s billing system and cannot directly cancel, refund, or modify Apple-managed subscriptions.

## 5. Community Standards

THE REAL is a community-centered platform. You agree to interact respectfully and in good faith.

You may not use the Service to:
- Harass, threaten, abuse, or discriminate against others.
- Post hateful, violent, sexually explicit, or exploitative content.
- Share another person’s private information without consent.
- Promote illegal activity.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to THE REAL in the three months before the claim arose, or $100, whichever is greater.
