From London to New York: THE REAL Is Going Global

Last week, something extraordinary happened in London. At Underwood Lumiere in Old Street, THE REAL Mental Health Foundation hosted its first-ever London Summit — and the energy in that room reminded us exactly why this work matters.

Leaders, investors, advocates, and ambassadors from across Europe and beyond came together for one reason: to get real about mental health. Mental health — especially for men — has been treated as a weakness for too long. THE REAL exists to change that. Through our 4 C's — Conversation, Connection, Contribution, and Change — we are building the largest global community committed to ending the stigma and funding the solutions.

The London Summit was a proof of concept. When people feel safe to speak honestly, something shifts. Walls come down. Connections form. Real change becomes possible. We are deeply grateful to everyone who traveled, shared, and showed up — including our incredible community of 1,200+ Ambassadors and Allies across 60+ countries.

Now, the momentum continues. On October 22, 2026, THE REAL NYC Summit comes to AllianceBernstein at Hudson Yards — our most ambitious event yet.
